The solution is a special fan control software:

FreeBSD:

  • asmc – the asmc driver controls the Apple System Management Console (SMC for
    short) found on Intel Apple systems.

OSX:

  • smcFanControl – controls the fans of every Intel Mac to make it run cooler.
  • SSD Fan Control – fixes fan noise issues with iMacs (not tested – last version from 31.10.2013)

 

 

MAC OSX: Grau statt Hintergrundbild auf zweitem Monitor

Das Hintergrundbild scheint vom Dock verwaltet zu werden.

Folgendes bringt das Hintergrundbild zurück:

"Gehe zu…"     ~/Library/Preferences/
„com.apple.dock.plist“ löschen oder umbenennen

 

Nun den „AppleScript Editor“ öffnen und folgendes eingeben + ausführen:
quit application "Dock"

Nun sollte das Hintergrundbild wieder da sein und das Dock kann neu konfiguriert werden.
